COMMUNITY SERVICE STUDENTS (2012-13)
Please pick up your blue forms in the counselling office to have them signed by your teacher and then returned to your counsellor.

A Reminder to all Grade 12 students who are attending Grad on June 26th.  There are lists posted on the office window. Please check to see that:
1. You are on the list if you are attending the ceremony.
2. Your name is correct.

UBC Engineering Information Sessions – “UBC Engineering Explorations” takes place Friday, June 22, 1:00-3:30 PM.  This features lab tours and an information session, and is open to students in all grades.  Go to http://www.surveyfeedback.ca/surveys/wsb.dll/s/1g1b48 to register.  For those interested in Mechanical Engineering, there is a tour and demonstrations on Tues., June 26, 12:00 noon.  RSVP at [email protected]

Thank you to those students who have returned their library items. Please check the lists posted outside the Office and by the library to see if you have overdue items, and return them today. Students are
reminded to take care of lost items and fees owing situations before Thursday,
June 14. Due to the paperwork involved in resolving these issues, there will be a two
day wait while paperwork is processed if books are returned after June 14. This could negatively impact your ability to pick up your Annual.

STUDENTS WRITING PROVINCIALS IN JUNE OR IN AUGUST.  If you are taking or going to take a provincially examinable course and want to access your results; you must create an account at:                https://www.bced.gov.bc.ca/exams/tsw/tsw/student/ You will need your PEN which can be found on the top section of your school report card and is different than your student number.

Provincial Exams this Summer – Anyone eligible to write a Provincial Exam, and who wishes to do so this summer, but who is not taking that specific course during Summer School, may register to do so.  You must go in person to the VSB Summer School Office, ground floor, 1580 West Broadway, now until July 12.  You are required to bring your most recent report card and picture identification.
