Technology 10 (Drafting)
Elective credit
Open to grade 10 students only
This course is for students who wish to
continue to work in design after grades 8 and 9. This course
is for students interested in primarily learning fundamental
Mechanical drawing and basic Architectural drafting skills.
Skill development will be enhanced through exploration of the
following topics:
- Two-dimensional drawing
- Three view drawing
- Isometric Drawing (3-D)
- Basic house floor planning
- Basic house elevations
- Introduction to computer assisted drawing (AutoSketch, AutoCad, 3-D Architect)
