English 9

Prerequisite: English 8 (EN8)

Fees: $8.00 for a workbook

English 9 is a course of language and literature with continued
emphasis on basic reading, writing, listening and speaking skills. In
writing, the emphasis is on the development of coherent expository
paragraphs and longer works of a critical and creative nature. The
study of Shakespeare is continued at this level. Students should expect
to do a lot of reading and writing in this course.
