Principles of Mathematics 12

Prerequisite: Principles of Math. 11

This pre-calculus course is designed for the student with above average mathematics ability. It is recommended that at least a C+ in Principles of Mathematics 11 be attained. The main objective is to prepare students to continue the study of mathematics at post-secondary level in Science, Engineering, Business and Human Kinetics. The course includes a study of logarithms, trigonometry, polynomial functions, and probability. A graphics calculator (TI83 Plus or T184 Plus ) is required for this course.
