Applications of Mathematics 12

Prerequisite: Applications of Math 11

This course continues the emphasis on problem solving, rather than symbol manipulation. Topics include problem solving, matrices, fractals, cost and design problems, polygons and vectors in 2 and 3-D applications, probability and normal and binomial distributions. A graphics calculator (TI83 Plus) is required for this course.
