As home to under 1200 students grades 8-12, Point Grey is a tight-knit academic community drawing students from across Vancouver. Set in the picturesque Kerrisdale neighborhood, the school acts as the perfect backdrop for personal growth and social development.
Both during and after school, runners and hurdlers enjoy our rubberized track, the school’s latest upgrade which was installed in 2006. Sports enthusiasts can run and play to their heart’s content on our brand new turf field. A fully-operational darkroom, graphic arts lab, drama room, and sprawling woodshop are but some of the many creative spaces on the first floor alone.
With a lively student body, array of diverse clubs (from Anime to Heavy Metal, there’s something to suit all tastes!) and globally active student council, there are always plenty of activities for all. Aspiring writers and journalists work to produce the school’s news magazine, The Greyhound, which is published tri-yearly in December, March, and May.
